All our information points use the latest state of the art hardware.
Our unique and well-proven software allows our trading partners direct fully secured access to content management enabling screen-savers, touch screen click-through buttons, content and promotions to be updated in real time throughout the estate via a simple to use web interface.
Some of our trading partners change their information point content at least daily to promote short term promotions or other local conditions such is the ease of our software interface.
Technical partnerships with our specialist providers enables us to include specialist content such as live news channels, financial markets and reports, sports updates or other content chosen as relevant by our trading partner.
Information Points can be fully branded or wrapped with a graphics package to reflect and promote our trading partners’ brands. Live-WiFi isn’t brand precious; it’s our trading partners’ brands that count.
Robust Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance targets are offered to our trading partners to maintain and support Information Points through the UK. All our SLAs are contractually binding to ensure the best possible service 24/7 x 365 days a year. In the unlikely event that Live-WiFi fails to perform in accordance with the agreed terms of the SLA the trading partner has the unilateral right to terminate the contract without penalty.
